Work is now underway at our brentwood site

NOVEMBER UPDATE | NEW HOMES AT MILLFIELD PARK ESSEX

Work is now underway at our site in Brentwood, Essex. Millfield Park is set in 20 acres of prime Essex countryside. We are converting the former office buildings into apartments. Our Dryliners are busy with the metal framing, fire lining, sound proofing, insulating and plaster boarding. Electrical and plumbing contractors are working closely with our fire strategist as we have decided to upgrade our specification to add a fire sprinkler system along with our smoke extraction system into every apartment.

The refurbishment of the Country House is fully underway. The roofers are completely overhauling (renovating) the roof. This very exciting developments final result will be beautiful homes in this fantastic location. Brentwood Town Centre is only two miles away, Bentley Golf Course and Ashwell Tennis and Sports Club is only a two minute walk.

Millfield Park is perfect for people looking to live in and around Brentwood. With planning approval, our intension is to put in an on-site residents gym along with country walks this promotes healthy living for peoples daily routines, as fitness and wellbeing is such an important part of peoples lives.
