Dunstable SUPPORTED HOUSING apartments 24/7 care

Titled: DUNSTABLE SUPPORTED HOUSING APARTMENTS 24/7 CARE

We are pleased to say that we are working with EHSL Supported Housing in providing homes for people with learning difficulties and other support needs. We realised that people who require specialist support may encounter difficulty renting accommodation. So when we purchased the building as an investment property and not to sell we looked at what we could do to help.

EHSL works with property developers to re-configure existing properties into multiple self-contained units, with communal spaces. They then lease the building from property owners in order to provide supported housing for people with support needs. EHSL also work in partnership with local authorities, the NHS, and CQC registered care providers to ensure their tenants are provided with high quality person centred care. With an office inside our building and a team there 24 hours a day the very best of care is provided.

Our workforce completed the work which involved adding an additional floor to the building and creating these much sought after apartments. The work itself took 9 months and you can see in the images below what we did and how they turned out. We worked very closely with EHSL in the planning stage to make sure that we got everything right for them. This carried through the complete build with our site manager taking them round on a regular basis.
