In 2013, we made a strategic investment by acquiring two large semi-detached houses in Virginia Water, Surrey. These properties were dilapidated and in a state of disrepair. However, through extensive refurbishment efforts, we were able to transform them into two of the most exquisite residences in the area.
Remarkably, our acquisition also included a sizeable adjacent field. Leveraging this opportunity, we obtained planning permission to construct two additional homes on the site.
