Titled. PRIVATE GATED DEVELOPMENT of just Seven houses in Winchmore Hill.

We purchased old greenhouse land and built 7 very high spec houses with far reaching views of Canary Wharf. The five town houses have a garden, roof terrace and two parking spaces. The 2 detached houses were built at the front and the rear of the site. We used Brandt Design and put high end kitchens and bathrooms in plus a state of the art video entry system. All Seven houses were set within a secure gated development located moments from Winchmore Hill Green. The location is excellent as moments away are beautique cafes, restaurants and local schools and Winchmore Hill mainline station.

One of the most important aspects of this build was to give people the view of the London Skyline. As the houses were built over three floors this was accomplished and part of the reason that we sold all houses within 3 months of purchasing.

We named the development Henrietta Gardens in recognition of a local author / resident Henrietta Cresswell who did a lot of work in the community of Winchmore Hill back in the 1900’s.

This development has now been completed and all houses sold.
