Back in 2012 we purchased the freehold on the complete building. This was the former Stephen James showroom, workshops, 3 shops plus 34 flats. We then obtained planning to add an additional floor to the main building creating 5 new flats. Then we demolished the old workshops and built 8 flats with off street parking and communal gardens.
